Refund Policy

At Osaka Tech, we are committed to delivering high-quality WordPress website development services that align with our clients’ goals. We aim for complete satisfaction, but we also recognize that refund requests may arise. This policy outlines a fair and transparent approach for both parties.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be evaluated under the following circumstances:

Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled before any development work has started, the client will be eligible for a full refund. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the progress made.

Failure to Deliver

If Osaka Tech does not meet agreed project milestones or fails to deliver services within the defined timeline, the client may request a refund. Any refund granted will be proportionate to the incomplete portion of the work.

Dissatisfaction with Deliverables

Clients who are not satisfied with the delivered work must inform Osaka Tech in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the concerns. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Technical Issues

If unresolved technical problems occur due to faults in our development process, a refund may be provided for the affected portion of the project.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after the project has commenced
  • Delays caused by the client, including late submission of content, feedback, or approvals
  • Services that have already been completed and approved
  • Expenses related to third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, or paid plugins/themes

Refund Process

  • Submit a written request via email with a clear explanation of the reason
  • Osaka Tech will review the request and respond within 7 business days
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method
